This end of terrace had a shop at ground floor and an office at first floor. The rear single-storey structure served as a kitchen and lavatory facilities to the shop and office.
The scheme design produced a conversion of ground and first floor into two self-contained one-bedroom flats. In addition, the design for the rear / side extension produced two self-contained one-bedroom flats with a minimum of 60m² of floor area per unit.
All of the required drawings and consultations for this substantial conversion and extension were provided in order to gain Planning and Building Regulation Consents.
Over the years, I gained repeat work from this client:
Haymen Street: New store building for plant and machinery.
Industrial Avenue: New build for office building as headquarter to company and industrial units.
Luton Road: Convert five properties into 14 one and two-bedroom flats with an extension to corner shop with parking and amenity space for residents.
Hornbeam Avenue: New build for a three-bedroom detached house with integral garage.
Wellington Road: New build for two-bedroom detached property.
