This new build was a three-bedroom detached dwelling with integral garage built onto the garden between this and the adjoining semi-detached property. Its location in a quiet suburban area necessitated a design that was both in keeping with the surrounding homes, as well being suitable for families or couples. However, the design itself is a more contemporary version of its neighbours, lending a modern feel to a neat and attractive home.
The house has a spacious garden to the rear and a large driveway to the front for additional parking. Inside the property, the design has produced a separate kitchen leading to a large living/dining area on the ground floor. The front entrance leads to a lobby with a cloakroom to one side. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with spacious shower en-suite, as well as a generously sized communal bathroom. The roof space has been designed with the potential for conversion into a fourth bedroom with en-suite, effectively ‘future proofing’ the house and allowing the current owners to expand rather than move if they wish to remain in this location.
