This end of terrace had a shop at ground floor and an office at first floor. The rear single-storey structure served as a kitchen and lavatory facilities to the shop and office.
The scheme design produced a conversion of ground and first floor into two self-contained one-bedroom flats. In addition, the design for the rear / side extension produced two self-contained one-bedroom flats with a minimum of 60m² of floor area per unit.
All of the required drawings and consultations for this substantial conversion and extension were provided in order to gain Planning and Building Regulation Consents.
