Station Road

This exquisite extension to the Station Road house was blended succinctly into the original property in order to provide the owners with considerably more internal space, without detracting from or encroaching upon the rear garden.

The windows, materials and gabled facade of the extension were all designed and sourced to both match and complement the original style of the property. Inside, the design delivered an expansive and functional kitchen/diner/breakfast area, with French doors leading directly onto the patio. In addition to this, the first-floor master bedroom was doubled in size and a dressing room with walk-in wardrobe added, as well as a generous and beautiful en-suite bathroom.

The extension has allowed the owners to remain in a location they love, whilst providing them with more room and a considerable increase in the value of their property, should there comes a time when they wish to relocate.

All of the required drawings and consultations for this substantial extension were provided in order to gain Planning Consent.
